• Why choose us?

  We offer the full web design package for a low price range, and do not give any less than what our clients ask of us. If dynamic, fresh and professional website designs are what you want, then get in touch today!

• Do you support IE6?

  Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee IE6 support in any new web projects.

• What is included in charity website projects?

  We will create the website design and upload it for free, we only ask that you purchase a domain name and link back to our website! We will also offer basic website maintenance methods to keep the website up and running to its fullest.

• Chocolate Sheep - where did this name come from?

  Jennifer thought of this name one day while she was at college, and it's stuck ever since! There's really nothing fantastic behind it, sorry!

• When do I get access to my website's source code?

  As soon as we have received full payment for the website design and implementation from you, we will give you access to your source code via the host.

• I don't know how to upload content to my website, can you do this for me?

  Yes, we offer a website maintenance service which is tailored to suit your needs, so that you don't have to pay any more than you need to. All you need to do is give us the content, be it text, images or anything else!

• Where can I get your Terms and Conditions?

  You can view our full Terms and Conditions here.

• Do you work outside of Essex?

  Yes, we do work outside of Essex and Suffolk. Although we are based in Sible Hedingham, Halstead, Essex, we can work for anyone as long as you are comfortable with online contact via email.

• Why isn't my website ranked on Google?

  We will optomise your website for SEO to a certain standard, enough to get it noticed by Google - but Google also requires that you spread the word! So make sure that you have put as many links to your website as possible on different websites (i.e. yell.com, vivastreet.co.uk) to raise your page rankings. Please also be aware that new domains sometimes take quite a while to get indexed by search engines as there are so many of them being created now. This can take weeks if you have not advertised your website.
